A picture of the engine bay of Vidar Christensen's 1303S.

The car has been completed to FIA Appendix J specification for a Group 2 car, as the original Porsche Salzburg cars were.  He has made the car for Monte Carlo use only, with no service car.  All parts on the car are brand new, the engine is 1600 cc with 125 hp, a close-ratio gearbox with a ZF 75% locking LSD, Bilstein shocks, a close-ratio steering rack and 250 mm rear brake drums.  He's entering it in the 2004 Monte Carlo Historic rally under start number 11, for all who want to follow Vidar and Turid.
