1983 RAC Rally
Mike Jones took the following photographs of the 1302S of Ernst Hallach and Harald Gottlieb at the scrutineering bay in Bath University, UK for the 1093 RAC Rally of Great Britain.
This was assumed to be the last World Rally Championship round that the Beetle was homologated for (although it turned out that the Brazilian Beetle was homologated to a later date), but unfortunately the entry retired after the first special stage at Longleat House.
