Wolfgang Sulc, winning the 1979 Jänner Rally in Austria, part of the European Championship. This was the last major rally victory for a Beetle.
The car is an ex-Salzburg 1302S, and has been purchased by a friend of Christian Arzberger (see the 2000 Gallery for pictures).
